Return & Exchange Policy

ChingasoRanch.com stands behind our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we would like to hear from you. Please send a detailed e-mail to sales@ChingasoRanch.com expressing your concerns or call 303-564-9608. We will refund the purchase price of the product minus shipping costs on any unopened merchandise that is returned within 30 days of ordering.

*Full purchase price will be refunded if it's determined that the returned item(s) are associated with a product defect or if the order was incorrect due to an internal mistake by ChingasoRanch.com.

How will I be refunded for my returned item(s)?
Refunds will be issued in the form the original purchase was made. If returning a product that was originally purchased with a gift certificate, you will receive an in-store credit as your refund.


What if I accidentally provided ChingasoRanch.com with the wrong ship-to address?
If you provided ChingasoRanch.com with the wrong shipping information upon checkout and the order is returned, you are responsible for shipping costs associated with re-shipping the order to the correct address.

What if my item was shipped and the packaging appears to be damaged?
Chingaso Ranch customer are advised to inspect their orders immediately upon arrival before the driver leaves. If your package appears to be damaged, contact that delivery service A.S.A.P. Do not dispose of any packaging materials until the order is deemed satisfactory or the problem has been resolved. We also ask that you inform Chingaso Ranch of your experience by emailing sales@ChingasoRanch.com, so we may take note of the delivery service provider handling.
